Does anyone out there know of any other reason why a scanner might show dark streaks aside from the glass needing to be cleaned? I’ve wasted almost three hours trying to find an answer.
Already cleaned the scanner.
The marks aren’t very visible until I go to adjust the scan so it’s clearer, cause it scans everything in lighter than it really is. Adjust too far, and they’re really visible. Not a problem with stuff I’d be going over digitally, but with traditional art it’s a pain in the ass.
