chimera from hypno's lullaby is great, buuuut...
they could've easily given a better solution to Serena not having Pokemon to defend herself instead of going, "hurr hurr, she retired from being a Trainer so she has none". The easiest rework of this is her carrying her bag along with her on her trip to the abandoned house and she has her Pokeballs in it(just because she isn't a trainer anymore doesn't mean she has to just ditch her companions ffs), and she loses her bag when the Yurei/Hex Maniac jumps her(example: during that bit where the Yurei is up close to her, it tries to grab her but only manages to get ahold of her bag). It not only saves the character from looking like a complete idiot in a world where wild Pokemon can jump you the moment you leave a town, but it also makes the writing not be weak.

so uh. friday night funkin got me and i had to come back now just to post my fanart for the Hypno's Lullaby mod V3 with the newest version of MONOCHROME. please go check it out the visual storytelling in the song is so good and I adore it being a homage to pokepastas. okay byeeeeeee!!!
Maybe an unpopular opinion I like it artistically but as a song to listen to instead of experience Chimera is actually too fucking scary to jam out to. It is fucking humiliating telling anybody "I'm scared of a Friday night funkin mod and I'm 27 years old" but it's hardly even a Friday night funkin mod it looks nothing like Friday night funkin (except for in safety lullaby, they know How To they just choose Not To. Artistic vision and all that). it's genuinely nightmare inducing. The escape room section is fucking. Too quiet to listen to even tabbed out in another window. My hair stands on end just thinking about it
EDIT: WE'RE GETTING AN EXTENDED TRACK LETS FUCKING GO. PLEASE HAVE IT BE MUSICAL ENOUGH TO HOLD THE SCARY AT BAY
