So thedavidoreilly makes a Tumblr poking a bit of fun at hyper-realistic 3D by posting actual photographs as CGIs, along with render time & list of plugins.

Unsurprisingly, the joke totally went over The Huffpost TECH's head.

"The results are incredible, so much so that you'll probably spend most of the time loudly shouting at the screen as your brain refuses to cave in and accept the truth"

I swear those pictures aren't the reason why I'm loudly shouting at my screen.
