Unfortunately he kind of forgot that making sure you take care of yourself is kind of a part of being strong and so he’s basically just showing off when in reality he’s weak and probably needs to take a break

He’s always been able to do the petrifying gaze thing (as shown in the movie) but he’s only recently felt confident using it

He can still breathe fire, he just chooses not to for...reasons (cough cough he burnt down a fucking village and tried to roast a child alive with it cough cough)

Despite appearing to have an incredibly inflated ego he actually hates his own guts and doesn’t think he deserves anything

He has overworked and overwhelmed himself many many times too bad he’ll never admit it

If he found out that Natsume is Keita’s daughter he’d probably cry.

Ok this got kinda dark so uh... miscellaneous headcanon time!!

He’s always kind of been interested in heroic types but he REALLY got into it after he got his hands on a bunch of superhero manga (blame Jibanyan)

Whenever he eats fries he drizzles ketchup over them. Also he won’t touch mayonnaise

Heavy sleeper. When he falls asleep don’t bother trying to wake him up

Hate to go back into angsty territory but the only thing that will wake him up (besides just getting enough sleep) are nightmares. When he has one he’ll get really anxious and won’t stop thinking about it for a while

Before the whole shadowside thing he was BFFs with Sailornyan. Recently, however, they haven’t been able to keep in touch. They still consider each other BFFs though.

No sense of personal space whatsoever

No sense of humor either. Gets confused over jokes and will say something thinking it’s funny only to end up being awkward
