Water Update
I've challenged myself to drink a gallon of water a day for at least 30 days (but hopefully longer). So far so good. The thing I've noticed most is my ability to now consume larger amounts of water far more easily. Before this whole challenge I would sip on a single liter of water for most of the day. Now I find that getting through a liter is easy in an hour or so. I'm only up to a week and some change. It'll be interesting to see how else my habits/lifestyle change. I'll keep you posted.
