and junho sleeps. not well. dreaming about his brother. and as if fate would have its way, when junho comes back inside after getting off the phone with wooseok (baby won't stop crying bc she needs her dad and he has to pick her up early), there inho is. right in his living room. like nothing has changed.

it sets junho off. and inho has the audacity to look surprised when junho yells at him, just barely holding back tears because he's so fucking tired. junho is a mess. at some point he dissolved into broken sobs, his words all garbled and he can't even string a sentence together.

inho stands there with a blank expression, even when junho is landing halfhearted hits to his body. and when junho stops, he can't help but to lean onto inho. the one who caused him to be like this. because that's his big brother. and he's supposed to fix the mess he's made.

inho doesn't speak as he brings junho to the sofa, holding the sobbing man who will break if he lets go. inho contemplates leaving while junho is asleep, letting him believe this was all one bad dream. but he stays. he has nothing to say to him that could change anything anyway.

While it is about substance abuse, I feel like it can also represent how Inho is tethered to the organisation running the games in a way he can no longer escape, along with being addicted to his own twisted worldview that perpetuates him justifying his own actions to himself.
