Am sensing a pattern on the way Totomaru Isshiki gets defensive (breaks out in sweat) when someone notices his special relationship with Ron Kamonohashi.
Toto protests too much. Then look at Ron’s face. He seems sad that Toto feels that way. He doesn’t say anything.
Ron has gone from just smiling it off to looking unhappy.
Manga, Chapter 3, vs Anime, Episode 3
In the Victorian era, seeing that RonToto don’t have girlfriends they are “confirmed bachelors,” a euphemism for homosexual men.
Oh well…
Reminds me of one scene from Sherlock BBC.
John Watson: “’Bachelor John Watson?’ ‘Bachelor?’ What the hell are they implying? ‘Frequently seen in the company of bachelor John Watson …’ ‘… confirmed bachelor John Watson’! Okay, this is too much. We need to be more careful.”
I wasn’t prepared, BUT IT’S LIKE THE FIRST TIME I DO SOMETHING FOR SOME SPECIAL DAY LIKE HALLOWEEN!
Tbh, I had this idea for a really long time, but I couldn’t finish this drawing until now and now I’m happy about it!
It was pretty fun to draw Orlok wearing this pink fuzzy glitter scarf still being horrifying, but also fruity vampire man! I also wanted to draw him more, ‘cause Orlok seems to be underrated and that’s unfair.
Anyway, hope you like it and I wish y’all happy Halloween! 🎃 🦇 👻
Love this scene...Hutter doesn't even try to stake the Count. Jonathan does. Jonathan Harker is like "this bitсh inhuman" and goes to kill him, but is stopped by Dracula's terrible infernal gaze. But Hutter doesn't even try, he just assumes he's tripping or something

“Felicity” op 35, for Bassoon and Choir by Matthias Hutter
Spellbinding setting of Thomas Traherne’s (1636 - 1674) poem, “Felicity” :
Prompted to seek my bliss above the skies, How often did I lift mine eyes Beyond the spheres! Dame Nature told me there was endless space Within my soul; I spied its very face: Sure it not for nought appears. What is there which a man may see Beyond the spheres? Felicity. 2 There in the mind of God, that sphere of love (In nature, height, extent, above All other spheres), A man may see himself, the world, the bride Of God His church, which as they there are eyed Strangely exalted each appears: His mind is higher than the space Above the spheres, Surmounts all place. 3 No empty space; it is all full of sight, All soul and life, an eye most bright, All light and love; Which doth at once all things possess and give, Heaven and earth, and all that therein live; It rests at quiet, and doth move; Eternal is, yet time includes; A scene above All interludes.
Today’s Trotskyist Character of the Day is: Hutter from Nosferatu!
Discerning the BLUE kids’ phone symbols.
Marsh= two amorous male birds (ducks judging by the color of the necks). They form the letter M.
Hutter= is the magic hat 🎩 Are you going to fascinate us with your brand of deduction?
Alyssa= a naughty bunny. Very safe. Very wholesome. (You sure have to pay for the glass window.)
Of all the signs, Knight Bran Jr’s, which is the black knight in chess, demands to be scrutinized.
What is a black knight? A black knight is a literary stock character who masks their identity and that of their liege by not displaying heraldry. Black knights are usually villainous characters who hide behind their anonymity to do misdeeds. In other literary texts, a black knight symbolizes death, darkness and wrath.
It is clear that Knight has an aim, which is not particularly pure.
On the other hand, knight also represents “the pure inner-warrior. If a knight starts out passive, it will always end up aggressive and vice versa. It can't move very far, but it never moves in a straight line, always preferring to be tactical and thoughtful. Never underestimate it for its imited range. It's known as the Queen Killer for a reason! When you have a struggle in life and you begin to play out how you will resolve it, you are utilizing your inner knight.”
Now, if Alice is the Queen, will Knight betray her? Or beat her on her game?
Will Knight have to do the betraying all alone? I wonder if Spitz had a hand on allowing them to assist Toto. Judging by the time frame, this must be spring. Of course their parents are all hotshot so these kids can go and leave their classes as often as they want, especially Knight, who could have alerted them too, and so they decided once and for all to help their Sensei.
Hmmm…
