I've really started to feel confident in my body since I've started lifting. I haven't lost as much weight/fat that I necessarily would've liked by now but I have noticed noticed a big difference in the way I look. A lot of people associate body positive with accepting the way you look no matter what, which is a very great way to be able to thing, but I haven't been able to do thay for myself. My form of body positive is being able to improve myself to my own standards not societies standard, and I'm really beginning to get way more confident with my body, body hair, and even being shirtless/naked when it comes to the locker room or beach. Body positive means something different to everyone and it's the effort we put in or the acceptance we have for ourselves that make it unique.
