they didn’t even get married in #50 but it STILL sold crazy well

and since the wedding arc let down the most noise a batman storyline has made has been Gotham War 😭 even if they’re “at war” THE PEOPLE TUNE IN FOR BATMAN AND CATWOMAN!!

Dc has to know it’s their golden goose, show me ONE other comic couple from dc or marvel that has THIS level of official ship merchandise

Just look at absolute batman, thee number one seller in the industry rn, what has Scott Snyder used most to promote it? panels of Bruce and Selina!

They’ve had six years since the wedding, and every stupid storyline and meaningless hookup made in attempt to diminish and separate batcat just makes people want them back more. They are not even currently together, and are still dc comics most popular relationship.

And now in what Dc is calling their “most anticipated sequel in comic history” we are definitely getting them back.

The original Hush’s impact on Batcat’s popularity cannot be understated, from the iconic kiss, gorgeous art, actual progression in their relationship…I need Dc to COMMIT to somthing if they want this sequel to be as big as they’re hyping it. If they’re just using batcat bc they know it’s crazy popular but still play in our faces in the stories then what’s the point? If they want this to be big, they need to end this “break” shit, and give us some big moments!
