#husbandprayer

You are well loved and although today may hold a different significance to you in your history. I only want to look forward with you together. So here is my prayer for you:

Lord, thank you for creating us. You did not lift a single and you can breathe cosmos out of nothing. What can you not do? Thank you for creating him. He is my favorite person in the world and thank you for this wonderful blessing in my life. I can never cease praising you for your gifts of grace. I am the most undeserving person in your eyes but also through your eyes, you made me new and complete everyday. Will you continue to mold me into the woman you intend for me to be, a proverbs 31 kind of woman, and not a counterfeit piece of work for him. He does not deserve anything less than what you have prepared for him.

I pray for him to be responsive to your leading. I pray that he sees your hand in all that he does. I pray for his heart to continue to grow in humility and that I may also grow with him. I pray for his character to forever continue to develop into a man of God and be like you, Father, more and more everyday. Lord I pray you will keep my eyes on you as the seasons change. That I will always see his heart first and foremost and not the external things in life, like job, looks, or even how he makes me feel. I pray that I will always see him as Your child, my brother in Christ and the future husband he will be. A man with any heart can change his external wear, new clothes, give himself a make over but only you can modify anything in his heart and in mine.  Lord, I am crying out to you to hold fast to his heart and that he may never fall away from you.

You are the Way, the Truth and the Life.

John 14:12-14 (12) Truly, truly, I tell you, whoever believes in Me will also do the works that I am doing. He will do even greater things than these, because I am going to the Father. (13)And I will do whatever you ask in My name, so that the Father may be glorified in the Son. (14) If you ask Me anything in My name, I will do it.… 

Lord I am going to you now, to be with my FH and FGFOMC and that you will watch over him in his season of change. As the leaves were turning, we were turning. The trees were exposed by their nakedness in this winter season. But you clothe him and me with new clothes and we are lavishly covered in your grace and how precious.. just how precious we are to You. Thank you for creating him. Thank you for blessing me with such a wonderful man. Thank you for our talk 2 days ago of seeing our brokenness before you and only wanting to seek desperately for your touch.
