Pretty straight forward Sabretooth like design. Also had an idea for a more sleek Caracal type but never got around to making it :(
The Rafaga is a large predatory bird. We did have it in some early internal builds, but it hasn’t made it to public release yet for ai/pathfinding/performance reasons. It was designed to give the players a reason to look up rather than constantly just worrying about what is in front of them. You could potentially have them drawn to places of conflict, indicating to other players that some shit might be going down off in the distance and they could either join or avoid.
These spiny insects were designed to have a ranged attack through flicking spines from their tail. They also burrow into the ground as a way to evade and surprise prey.
Skoogler! The Skoogler was a loose combination off prehistoric raptors and cassowary. Mechanically the idea was to have something fast moving that could have a large leaping attack. Clawing with its hind legs, or ramming with its head.

This dude is a flying ant type that also has a hive from which it could spawn. As with a bunch of these its essentially waiting for the code to catchup as its much easier to bang out models than to implement them. Especially when performance is such a high priority. Some of these models are super old ;)
The Yeti is the big tanky threat from hurtworld. They were designed as something that you really want to avoid until you have geared up a bit.
