Port Arthur, Sept. 25. - Simon Collins, charged with the murder of Morton Johnson at Hurkett on July 2, was found guilty of manslaughter this evening after the jury had deliberated more than two hours. Mr. Justice Garrow sentenced Collins to serve 15 years in Stony Mountain Penitentiary. The trial has occupied two and a half days, and its conclusion marks the finish of the Fall Assizes.
