Thinking about the swedish boy who used to live across the hall from me my freshman year of college. That boy was a D2 soccer player, astro physics major with a DEEP love of ABBA and was freaking Olympic level skilled in ping pong but only when he was blackout drunk. We used to go to parties and on the way home he would HOLLAR until whoever was driving, which was normally his redneck roommate in his white 2007 Chevy Monte Carlo that had a lightning bolt decal on the hood, would play Waterloo by ABBA first in English then directly followed by the Swedish version all while singing along passionately. This was a 6'1" sun tanned 200lb athlete just serenading his 5'9" pale ass redneck ginger roommate to the pop disco love song about the "inevitably of falling in love and ultimately heartbreak" in fluent swedish and heavily accented English. Best part was that he never got hangovers so you would wake up to him in the common room solving the three body problem or attempting to finish his online physics 511 quiz on magnetism while blaring euro trash edm at like 9am on a Sunday.

If you Give Humans a Warp Core (Emulation/Parody of “If you Give a Moose a Muffin”) By Sariahs-Song Inspired by: https://i.imgur.com/S0Tp88y.jpg
If you give humans a warp core they'll ask for somewhere to throw it into So you look in all of space for an abandoned star system. When they're finished watching the star explode They'll ask for another And Another And when they're all gone, they'll ask you to make more So you have to go to Vulcan to get some antimatter the humans will want to go with you When they get in the vulcan ship and feel how warm it is, they will want some lighter clothing When they put on the skimpiest of Vulcan clothing, they will realize how hot they still are And they will ask for some scissors They will start clothing, but the holes they make remind them of the paper snowflakes they used to make as children So they will ask for some paper They will make paper snowflakes and airplanes When they are done, they will want to decorate the vulcan ship with their creations They will ask the Vulcans for supplies They will need tape and string When the paper snowflakes have been hung near the corridor, the humans will realize that the tape and string being visible ruins the effect They will ask the vulcans to help cover them up So they bring in a techy thing to make the strings invisible. This techy thing reminds them that the humans enjoy taking things apart. So they take the techy thing in their hands and shout "HOLY FUCK" because they burned themselves on the techy thing that was meant to make the string invisible. The burns will need to be treated, and the techy thing pieces picked up from the floor. So the humans will ask for help completing these tasks They'll probably have to go to med bay They go down the corridor to go to the med bay And while there, they will see the sun outside the window Seeing the sun reminds them of blowing up a different sun They will probably ask to blow up another And chances are... If you give them a sun, they'll ant a warp core to go with it inspired by this post:
Memory in the Meme
We live in an age of disposable context. We scroll through the infinite ribbon of the glass screen, pausing only for a microsecond to register a flicker of recognition before sliding our thumb upward, condemning the moment to the digital abyss. We have been trained by the Technocrats, those right-brained architects of our algorithmic prisons, to view this behavior as consumption. They tell us we…
