I hate it

my choice of naming this paring "potohube" was determined only because it sounded better than hubepoto (kinda like "okubade", first syllable has "o" and it end with "e" maybe because I'm more used to hear okubade I subconsciously prefer to use "potohube")

You see, I don't find seme/uke narrative in them because I view their characters as a bit more complex to qualify them binary.

For example; the very first thought about this ship would be "Hubert top, Potocki bottom". And I see this vision. Even more- I agree, it makes sense! Hubert is tall, build and quite to the point for his character and very determined, that would suit him as a lead. And Potocki-

I think he wouldn't do as the receiving one. I'll tell more, he actually has predispositions to be gentle top. He cared for Hubert to the point of offering him place to stay (anime nor manga provides what happenes between these two or have they ever met so now's the time for my over interpretation and guess working). Counting days for either an info of his release or info of his execution, not knowing how he look like or if he could recognize him if he wasn't told who he is. Seeing all these scars- wouldn't that make him want to give him comfort and love- and that would truly be a balm for Hubert. Probably his first normal human interaction in months or years, and with a person so dear to him.

I'm gonna care about every potohube I'll find in the internet, support every potohube artist and be proud potohube truther (just like Potocki was for Rafał)

And I'll try to inspire everyone who haven't had chance to witness the beauty of potohube, to carry, not my legacy, but legacy of unnamed love, to let it be alive long past my death (just like Hubert did for Rafał)
