Um, so I got an email from tumblr, and they encouraged me to post this. Didn't know I created this blog a year ago today (January 27). That's probably because I didn't even make my first post until February 28 and didn't start reblogging regularly until mid-May of that same year. Anyway, there it is.
Hiatus
Hi everyone,
So today I started a new job. Or more accurately, I got transferred over to a different company. My start time has been moved up from 6 AM to 5 AM, and a lot of my future work days will be 10 hour shifts. Consequently, my time is completely crunched, and one of the things I've decided to cut is tumblr.
I might still pop in here on weekends or on the lucky week day where I only work 8 hours, but daily reblogging sprees are officially over. So are daily updates. To be honest, those things were becoming tedious, hence why I often said nothing about them. The RT score hasn't moved in forever, the global gross moves slower than molasses, and the IMDB numbers don't change enough on a daily basis to merit a screencap.
When the movie closes worldwide, I'll post a final review like I did with Frozen. I'll also keep up with the weekend updates since those still interest me. But otherwise, the daily screencaps are over too. I'm so pooped right now that the weekend screecap will wait till tomorrow. ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ
Um, do you think you and HTTYD2014 can stop chatting on my post, because I want other people to see it for what I say in it, not just for your comments, and I worry that may happen if you guys keep chatting just on the post.
Oh, I'm sorry; I should have realized. Yeah sure, we'll take/continue our long conversations elsewhere. I can see why, ahe, we share a lot together for HTTYD and Frozen... :)

It might be a stretch to say that a movie can "change" a persons life - but one can certainly make your life different. A good different. One that opens up doors to all sorts of joy and happiness - not to mention friends you'd never have known otherwise.
How To Train Your Dragon made that kind of a difference in my life three years ago tonight, and by "tonight" I mean 2 in the morning of August 13, 2011. Today is technically still the 12th, but I mean, c'mon, its only 3 hours until 2AM. I'm not celebrating or anything. Just sitting here at my desk with a smile as I reminisce on everything that's happened these past three years. *sighs with content*
