HTSSF update + new list of Bird cards
Sooo there's been a pretty big update to the game. I've made the decision for the core deck to have no characters/elements/etc. from BBL. I've determined that it would be much more efficient to have a BBL-focused expansion later. So don't worry, Ryuuji, Hitori, and others are going to be in the game, they just won't be in the initial release.
With this change, the list of bird cards has been updated. It has fewer characters overall but more iterations of each character. The only thing I'm a bit upset about is how there's only one Kazuaki, but you'll definitely see more of him in the BBL expansion, so it's not that big of a deal.
Reading the list back, I definitely think this was the right thing to do. I was able to add virtually every different character state imaginable, from the club presidents to Hiyoko's head in a jar. This will allow for much more content overall.
it's in the middle of midterms but i had a sudden burst of motivation and wrote up a little something htssf-related!
it's not much though ｡：ﾟ(｡ﾉω＼｡)ﾟ･｡
basically it's a note of how many total cards there's gonna be, how many of each type, how many have what powers, etc. for balancing purposes
Haven't forgotten about HTSSF
i know there hasn't been any sort of update in a long time, but schoolwork has been keeping me really swamped. I'm constantly getting assigned these big projects that take up pretty much all of my time. I know I keep pulling the 'schoolwork' card, but that's only because it's true.
That being said, HTSSF is very much still a thing. I feel really guilty for having pretty much dropped the ball like this, but I'm still working towards a finished product, albeit much slower than I would like.
On the bright side, there's not a whole lot of work left to be done aside from all the card art. Hopefully I'll be able to get something out soon.
