HSRxUma: Fukukitaru, the Fool's Memokeeper
"Did you shake her?" "Are you sure?" "She musn't show up, lest misfortune befall us-" "What did you say!?" "How could you use that word!?" "You've doomed us a-" The doors to the space lost in memoria burst open as a bright light shone in. A cheerful countenance bounced in, bedecked from head to toe in charms, fortunes and ritual materials from a thousand cultures all meant to bring about the best luck one can have. Indeed, to even find this place when not invited took extreme skill... or extraordinary luck. The memokeepers who cowered before the being in their presence knew which one was the truth.
For a being of Mythus stood before them. One who believed so much in the various beliefs that dictated karma and luck that she made them real. Doomed herself in her pursuit to 'record and capture luck' as was her self prescribed desire as a memokeeper, even though the garden had never accepted her. No one had ever managed to convince her that she was wrong though, so her reality warping lies were here to stay.
Why would she go though? After all, "Shiraoki led me here!" Shiraoki. Her believed emanator of Fuli who kept watch over her. No one actually knew what it was she believed in, nor had many seen their power but Fuku believed it and that was enough to make it potentially true.

The idea of her being a fictionologist because of her belief in the supernatural, but that belief also making her believe she's a real memokeeper was an idea that entertained me quite a bit. It also allows her god to be a bit more true than it is in Uma, though that is up for debate too. That is also why I pitch her for the Path of Remembrance!
Fuku's goal isn't just to get a great fortune, but so much great fortune as to be blessed in her endeavors by Shiraoki! So, like she will cheat in game doing so, she can draw multiple fortunes a turn, getting one for each skill point you give her! Each fortune either gives or loses her a certain amount of charge to her ultimate. However! She is not just Qingque, instead also using that blessing to heal her teammates when she gets good fortune but taking some psychic damage when she gets a bad fortune. Her teammates can also help charge her by using skill points, as when the rest of her team puts in effort, it invigorates her to try her luck, letting her be a mix of both Qingque and Misha mechanically.
When her ultimate is fully charged, she can finally summon Shiraoki! And use her in one of two forms for if you're playing Fuku support/sustain or trying to make her your primary DPS. One is to give someone else Shiraoki's possession, giving them the memosprite and associated buffs with it, with each turn Shiraoki takes eating into Fuku's charges. Once her luck runs out, Shiraoki leaves. If you target Fuku though, she is briefly possessed by her not Shiraoki, the construct she's willed into being, but by a more divine being. Her sister and her nuke the battlefield before Fuku has to say goodbye, immediately spending her luck for the moment but being left with mementos that can be used to get a couple free skill point uses for her repeatable skill.
That's just one possibility for her at least. As a reminder, I don't make these kits to be balanced but to try and transcribe some of how the character is into mechanics that befit Star Rail.
