Scenes from a remote aid station at Hardrock 100. We saw everything up there on the mountain. Beyond inspired by the resilience and grit shown by these runners. Everyone usually sees the epic vistas and finish line glory, but there is humanity and humility in the many moments like these in this race. So who else wants to run this race? It was an honor to lead such a stellar crew at Engineer Aid Station at this years Hardrock 100. We drove up to 13,000ft and packed everything in almost 2 miles. We greeted all runners with a little refuge, food, drinks, and 🍰! Our aid station theme was “Office Space” complete with TPS reports, pieces of flair, 90s business attire and of course a jump to conclusions mat. It was an exhausting few days, but super rewarding to help the runners just a little bit. #HR100 #hardrock100 @hardrock100run (at Alpine Loop, Engineer Pass)
