My average conversation:

me: Hey who would you like to send this order to? them: Oh our vendor representative would be great! me: You do not list a vendor or a representative. Who would you like to send this order to?

My average conversation:

me: So for that imprinting method our vendor doesn’t offer metallic silver. They also don’t offer gray imprints. What color would you like? them: Oh since they don’t do silver let’s do gray me: They don’t do gray. What color would you like?

My average conversation:

me: Hi! The estimated ship date for this order passed. Do you have an updated ship date or tracking? them: Oh this shipped last week me: Do you have tracking

You also think these conversations would get resolved quickly. No. No they do not. You can spend a week and a half of back-and-forth telling people the correct color and placement of a logo on a shirt and it will come back wrong seven times. You genuinely start to question reality and whether you know what "red" is after you get non-red seven times
