The vast majority have little information on how to ship textbooks. They accept you just put a book in a container, stick a name on it, and toss it via the post office. Shockingly, there is a bit more to it. We get numerous protests from individuals that their books get dismissed when we get and measure them.

The principal motivation behind why most books get turned down is that we get them previously harmed and in no condition for resale. A few groups left surveys saying they shipped their books in great condition. However, when we got it, it got harmed somehow.
