Hit a solid 275 lbs plus 48lbs in chains football bar bench press. Then a 6X6 with chains. What's with the chains? The chains create and overload halfway up the lift. This massively overloads and creates strong triceps and lockout power. So as you press the bar gets heavier and heavier the more links that come off the ground.
