all that matters to him is that they won. they fought well. i can see why he's the reincarnation of joy boy. he, together with his crew and the alliances he forms along the way, are an instrument of freedom in a world where you can't even trust the ones in power.

i just love how humble and down to earth he is. more people need to be like him to be honest. he embraces his authentic individuality. he literally is unapologetically himself ー flaws and all.

in a way, he has this sort of childlike wonder ー pure, joyous, and most of all, free.
