Verna continues to be the messiest person in the hostel by constantly making unwanted advancements on both Blu and Carmine.

Like, its crazy how she won't take no for an answer, and right in front of their partners too. I was mad at Blu before for accepting a caress from Verna, but he's denied every advancement since, and she's made A LOT of advances. Add sexual harassment to her list of crimes.

Meanwhile, we're starting to see some character development from Alba!

She had always been notably closer with Auburn and Carmine, especially Auburn though, as he is consistently helping with cleaning and cooking and is genuinely a good housemate. Alba made more of an attempt to reach out to him, and they became friends. When Alba came home from work and Auburn immediately autonomously congratulated her they evolved into best friends, which is so sweet!

Having her first proper friend in the house, she was emboldened to reach out to Carmine, and now they are best friends as well.

She was also emboldened to shoot her shot again with Verna, as she was hopelessly in love with her.

Verna would accept her flirting, officially giving Alba a crush and false hope, but when Alba tried to initiate anything remotely physical, like a caress, she would reject her.

I think because Verna is so hurt by being rejected by all the men in the house, she likes the attention that Alba gives her, and enjoys feeling wanted by someone, but is still very much straight and not interested in any sort of relationship with Alba. Make emotionally exploiting Alba as crime #3 on Verna's list.

So, let me explain how this happened. The fridge ran out of food so that nobody could make anything to eat. I noticed everyone had gotten super hunger, but this had happened so many times before I wasn't worried. I ordered food and cooked up a nice salmon dinner for everyone.

Seemingly everyone came down to eat and everything was fine. Except, not everyone came down to eat.

Verna, who was critically low on rest, continued to sleep despite her equally, if not more critical hunger need, and... well... she starved.

Alba ran upstairs and pleaded with the Grimm Reaper. They may have had their drama in the past, but Verna was still one of the closest people to Alba in the house.

He agreed to a game. If Alba won, he would agree to resurrect Verna.

She lost.

I feel like such an irresponsible sim parent. Who will stir up drama around the house now? She may have been messy and selfish, but a part of me is genuinely really sad she never got the opportunity to move on from the hostel and start the family she always wanted.

Now she's stuck here forever, in the backyard, buried under the single flowering tree.
