Yes. A chance to rest, to heal. And maybe one last shot at a little redemption.
No. Let sister Lucia carry that weight on her own.
Nuance? I don't think I'm smart enough for that.
If Louisa stays, it becomes a multi chapter story, with probable interactions with the other sisters hospitaller. The disapproving sister Janelle, or the young sister Margaret, turning bright red when Louisa tells her about the trick she can do with her tongue.
If she goes, then its a one shot. And the Emperor has truly abandoned sister Lucia. There is no hope left in the grim dark. She must bare the weight of her burden alone, from now until her dying day. But for Louisa too there are consequences, a soul deep wound, one that will never heal.

There’s not a very clear consensus on what exactly Hospitallers look like, so I’m kinda making it up as I go. Somebody said they wear the same armor as whatever Order they’re serving with, just painted white, so that’s what I’m going with!
Hospitallers were warrior-healers of the Crusades, blending sacred care with knightly defense. Today, the term evokes honor, compassion, and the enduring legacy of sanctuary through strength.
