Nihonbashi Koukashita R Keikaku is a short animated film by Japanese graphic designer and motionographer Takuaya Hosogane. The film is delivered in a quirky manner using anime. It is presented in trailer-like format, that puts me in the mind of sitcom opening sequences.
Hosogane skillfully, and with flair, adopts a technique of weaving together the whimsical vignettes to create a loose narrative created through shared visual style.
I also think I spotted homage to the game 'Diner Dash'
