tbh i think the kpop industry is just... a cash cow. they comeback so often because the companies the idols work for want to keep making money throughout the year, and as they can only have a certain amount of artists debuted at one time they have to keep using those artists to make money. but obviously i don’t work in the industry nor am i korean so let’s call this a personal opinion 🙃
