90.- Design a Public Works Project
An ice cream cart/stand!
It would allow for random villagers (or even yourself) to take care of it, in order to sell ice cream to all your friends and neighbors.
Bonus points if it unlocked special interactions between the vendor and costumers. (like an oblivious villager asking for grapes instead of ice cream, and all kinds of wacky shenanigans)
