Hoop Trick: “The Body Roll” Check out Shakti Sunfire's award-winning hoop tutorial on "The Body Roll"!  This trick entails rolling your hoop up the body, from a vertical hooping position. 

Hoop Trick: “Chest Roll Variations” This hoop tutorial demonstrates two different chest roll variations.  Both of them involve a body turn. The first variation, instructed by Khan, explains an isolation variation of the chest roll, whereas the second one focuses on a 180 degree body turn, mid-chest roll.
