Thanks to all of you for the responses to my last message, here is my Boy Honestus!
Big thanks to my lovely DM for threatening me with love <3 Anyways, He's a Cleric of Lendy's, a chronic do-gooder who has a heart of gold but not the best or intelligent methods of doing good. (basically he puts his foot in it constantly when he's trying to help).
His trickery domain gives him ability to go invisible, pop into the ethereal plane, and be a general menace, which he uses to the full to 'help'.
He was raised in the temple of Lendy's from a very young age, since his parents wanted to fight the big bad dragon cult that leads up to the BBEG in our campaign. they left him at the temple to keep him safe (he wasn't told about the cult at all), and then they vanished from their regular visits when he was around 8 years old. (here he is shown above as a kid, teen and adult).
assuming them dead, he eventually leaves the temple because of deity gifted visions of the BBEG, and the temple finally let him leave as he is 30 now and wants to do something to help.
Here is his mom and dad, Maccath and Steven. in our travels we later found his mom had been held captive by a dragon, and we save her! *(she's a little nutty and wild, loves academic research into and about dragons, she's also sorceress, and ends up becoming a dragon rider). Steven was a lot more reserved and a bit of a nerd. He is confirmed to have passed away by ship sinking caused by the dragon that ended up kidnapping maccath.
Honestus looks a lot like his mom in appearance, but takes more after his dad in personality. big thanks to @birdsaretoddlers for actually helping write and flesh out most of this backstory and familial ties for me during the campaign, I am so attached to them all <3 Next post I will throw in a bunch of fun expressions and memes of him because why not :D
