I weigh 103 kilograms, which means I should in theory get about 85,5 grams of protein a day, which I could do by eating:
5-8 eggs or
260g of beef meat or
370g of chicken breast or
342g of lentils
And I will say, obviously the fact that I struggle to diversify my food intake doesn't help but like... Those quantities sound so high to me?
What do you mean I'm supposed to eat almost two whole steaks a day? Who has that kind of money? Who has that kind of stomach???

It's finally over
Last week my house finally sold, the mortgage was paid off, and Dad and I moved into our new address. We had to spend the entire week packing and throwing stuff away because they told us on Monday we had to be out by Friday.
After three years this nightmare is finally over. All the stress, the breakdowns, my Dad getting hospitalized for a panic attack, my brief battle with prediabetes, the shitty lawyers, the money owed to my boss, it's finally done.
