Drink Me ššø
Leave a āDrink Meā in my ask, and I will write a drabble about my character taking shots with yours.
Elijah knew this was a bad idea.
Elijah didnāt like the thought of drinking with Cain; he didnāt enjoy Cainās company when he was sober, how would he be drunk? He pouted as he thought more about the situation and stared at the tabletop in front of him. He sat rigid, thoroughly uncomfortable, in the chair Cain had told him to sit in.
āYouāre going to enjoy yourself, Elijah,ā Cainās voice was disgustingly normal and it soured Elijahās expression more. He walked back to where Elijah was sitting. āYouāre going to enjoy it.ā Setting down a handful of shot glasses, Cain unscrewed the cap of an unlabelled bottle of alcohol and started pouring.
Cain took a shot. Elijah followed.
He may not want to have the company he did, but that didnāt mean that he was going to let Cain of all people show him up.
Another.
The alcohol burned the entire way down Elijahās throat.
Another.
A warm, swimming feeling was starting to gather at the edges of Elijahās mind.
Another.
Elijah found himself talking. Talking and not able to stop himself from letting the words pour out. Insults were thrown at Cain as soon as Elijah thought them; ranging from things like how Cain made Elijah feel, to how Cain looked, to long-winded ones about the words Cain had used that Elijah knew were in the wrong context.
Cain kept pouring.
