Tokyo has two representatives for nationals. I'm not entirely sure how it would work, but I think most likely there be two final games with four different teams, and the two winners get to be the representatives for tokyo. I don't think it is certain that the next chapter is Nekoma vs Fukurodani but if they are playing against each other, one of them will be eliminated.
This is what I’m hoping for, since it wasn’t stated explicitly that they would be facing each other. I just can’t imagine that these two teams would be built up so much just to have one of them eliminated before they can face Karasuno (it woud make more sense for Shinzen or Ubugawa  to get eliminated this way since we barely got to see anything from them, but they’re from different prefectures).Â
Another possibility could be something like the Kurobas Winter Cup prelims in which there were four Tokyo teams that weren’t seeded (Touou was so they didn’t have to go through prelims) and those four teams played against each other (three games each team) and the two that had most victories made it to nationals. This way, Seirin was able to face Shuutoku (they tied), but both teams made it to nationals since they defeated their other two opponents.
Honestly crossing my fingers that this will be the case, I really want the trashdump match to happen but I also want to see Tsukki facing Bokuto and showing him how much he’s grown
