Who: Lydia Little (1832-1917) is my GGG Grandmother, wife of Alexander Mervin Gartley, mother of David Little Gartley

Why: While visiting my parents this weekend, we visited the Hollabaugh Bros. Farmers Market. I immediately recognized the last name from my family history research and did a quick check of the file on my phone and found that the Hollobaughs in my family were from Adams County, Pa., just like this market. I decided to start my research by double checking the family connection from Lydia to her Paternal Grandmother, Susannah Hollobaugh.

What I've Found:

At least 8 Member Trees on Ancestry.com confirm the parentage of Lydia Ann Little up to David Little (1755-1824), Christopher Hollobaugh (1750-1812), Catherina [Hollobaugh] (1750-1806), and Henry Mollison (?-?)

the 1850 Census for Hunterstown, Adams Co., Pa. has Lydia (then 18) living with her parents David (49) and Nancy (43), plus five sisters and three brothers.
