"Hold the pose in love and devotion. Choose to see God in others-all the time." These are lessons I've learned from my teacher, John Wineland over the last few years. These pictures (circa 2017) were taken several years ago during a fairly emotionally charged conversation. I purposefully posted them with no borders, boundaries, or lines. Why? Because they depict how love, devotion, forgiveness flow if you choose it to be so. John says: "We hold the pose until we evoke that which is most sacred from the moment. We don't know how long that is. Maybe it's five minutes, maybe it's a half hour, maybe it's a week, maybe a year. I choose this way of being. Really always have, but now very consciously embodied with loving boundaries all with the goal to raise the vibration of this world we live in. . . #sisterhood #sakredshe #feminineenergy #everyday #holdthepose #friendship #chooselove #embodied #divinefeminine #relationshipgoals #loveyou #evoke #devotion #knowtribe #tribevibes #communication #movement #connection #friendship #nowalls #boundaries #vulnerability #practice #artofintimacy #forgiveness #beachlovers #thebubble #tributetofriendship #loveintentionally #sisters #danceitout (at The Bubble) https://www.instagram.com/p/B_K12K6J5jA/?igshid=17c1n8tt2xyju
