After spending some time trying to find when Graendal's backstory was revealed (LoC chapter 6 apparently, surprisingly difficult to track down when nobody cites their sources on the Wikis), I have a speculative question: Do you think Graendal spent any time upset that between the time of her imprisonment and her freeing her entire field of study evaporated? Like not in the "Schools aren't around, but engineers exist" way of Mesaana, but like, psychology isn't a thing at all in the third age.
Perhaps, but only inasmuch as it means people no longer literally pay her to muck around in their heads. It was so much easier then. Still, something to be said for a challenge, right?
