Homemade, 2 course lunch. Took 1/2 hr to prepare the gnocchi and sauté the spinach. Beef tenderloin was left over from Sunday dinner. Gnocchi is ricotta, flour, egg. Sauce is butter and crushed tomatoes (yes butter-needs to stick to the gnocchi). Sautéed spinach in olive oil with garlic. #gnocchi #hofatto #homemade #pranza now back to work!
