This is me being silly and dancing a skirt combo of russian romani dance and finally using the skirt i bought from my Teacher’s teacher

Sooo after like half a year of not taking ruska Roma dance with my teacher I finally made myself time to take her online class again

Also me : training like freaking Rocky all the week for all the time lost in my anxiety/ depressive moods

Sooo I am back to training contortion/ flex training and I hate my f shoulders so much

Okay so besides taking dance classes , I also do flex training/contortion since the pandemic started and online classes were open for everyone and since my anxiety / depressive episode started I was on and off training and I’m happy that with the meds and all I been training more consistently
