How awesome is this? Today I learnt just how screwed up my right hip was.. It's pretty screwed. Three anchors on my labrum as it got caught in my hip joint and had completely torn..!! Excessive shaving of my pelvic bone and a load of muscle that had just worn away... I now feel that I probably shouldn't have been so tough on myself or my recovery.
