Like any other being you get caught up and side tracked. Stopped teaching and stopped pushing. 🤦🏻‍♀️ My lack of consistency has lead me to a plump physique. 👀 🍑 As you know I was taking @optimumnutrition #seriousmassgainer . Along with an on and off dose of @apetamingains23 . It lead me to have grown 7.5“ in waist and 9” in hips. I haven’t stepped on the scale yet, but I know it’s well over 10 lbs. With noticing my weight gain and not keeping up with the exercises as much as needed. It really affected me not only physically, but mentally. Lyt Fyt Fitness Stretch #2 “Bend Overs” Much like toe touches, this stretch will definitely open up ALL leg muscles and your back muscles. While holding the chair it allows more control with the stretch while not overdoing or over stretching your muscles during the first round. The goal is to eventually no longer use the chair. Lyt Fyt Exercise #11 “Push Throughs” Now these bad boys are definitely gonna make you sweat! With the extra lift, your body is forced to use all core muscles to keep pushing. Although I’m sitting on the chair my back isn’t touching it at all, which gives those a safety net as well as more support on your back level. How fair back you lean (not touching the chair) will increase your core workout. This is a great toning exercise. . . . Lyt Fyt Fitness Exercise #8 “Pop Steps” I love this workout because it helps with speed & accuracy while working out your full legs and core. I did 20 or so steps then went up a level. I didn’t have shoes so I wasn’t able to continue as high. I recommend starting with 20 as they’re done fairly quickly. Push yourself!
