Finally got our ramen on after talking about it for the last two nights! These are the two vegan options at Hinodeya: the Vegan Ramen (left) and Zen Ramen (right). Both totally different but both totally delicious! Pro tip: the Vegan Ramen is *not* available on their lunch menu, just the Zen. We also tried the Green Gyoza which were yummy as well after finding out the sauce they use on the shishitos isn’t vegan...grrr. Hinodeya Ramen is one of my favorites in SF Japantown. Shown here is the House Ramen, Zen Ramen (Vegan) and the Chicken Karaage. I think the broth for the vegan ramen is just amazing here.
