Just curious~
Is it common for introverts to feel very energized after speaking with new people or groups, and really wishing you could have spent more time together just talking??
Honestly, I’m feeling a little blue. I wish there could have been ice-breakers, or that we could all have spent more time talking about ourselves and connecting right away. When meeting the other new employees, I was very excited and introduced myself and asked some questions to make small talk, but was very sad when I wasn’t getting much feedback;; Coming back home, I was disappointed to see my boyfriend is still asleep, and tried waking him up to talk to him about my feelings and to just talk in general, I really love conversation. I had so much energy after meeting these new people and exploring the new workplace, but it feels very wasted not having anyone to talk to about it ahhh;;
Just feeling a little self-doubting when it comes to type, do other introverts feel this as well??
