Madeline is a former track star who could have easily gotten onto the US olympic team but she detonated that dream after the accident with Micah. She couldn’t forgive herself for being the reason he couldn’t continue to chase his dream. She faked a knee injury and quit the team abruptly before her qualifier. Madeline continues to run for leisurely purposes (the running theme in her life is her constantly running from her feelings rip).

Micah is the holder of all of her secrets and is the basin of her complete and total trust. It’s hard for her to trust people considering the calculated risk that comes with her family’s esteem.

The youngest and only son to the Hawker empire, Freddie spent the first few formulative years of his life being allowed to do whatever he pleased. His mother focused on her career at Vogue and his father running the company that he was always told would one day be his, most of his childhood was spent running after Brooke and Lily, always wanting to be included in his older sister’s lives no matter if he was an annoyance to them or not.

BACKGROUND

faizan was born on south london , to young parents ali and harpreet mirza. ali sold computers and harpreet was a stay - at - home mother. ali was a born salesman and was soon offered a new job in ontario when faizan was three. from that moment on , they didn't stay in the same place for more than two years at a time. from ontario , they moved to san diego , then to cape town , new delhi , new york city , canberra , islamabad , and eventually when faizan was close to finishing high school ... they settled in san jose , close to silicon valley , because harpreet was pregnant again.
