This is High Sword, one of the earlier Fairy Bottle suits. This event is known variously as Fairy Tale, Fairy Bottle (in the discord), Fairy Dream (on the wiki), and each run of it has its own name. This run was called Heroic Romance, for example. I will be tagging these outfits as #fairy bottle event and #fairy tale category.

It was released September 2020 as the second run of the Fairy Bottle event. You're able to pick which suit you'd like to go for first, and your chosen suit will be cheaper. On release, the first suit cost 1800 diamonds and both cost 3300 diamonds. Without free tries, it costs 2850 diamonds for the first suit and 4344 diamonds for both. If that's not confusing enough for you.

This suit comes with a makeup, posed hair, and one posed dress, and rewards 30 diamonds for completion. The unposed version is actually a top and a bottom, not a dress. It's also one of our few masculine styled suits. And I'm pretty sure that, officially, that's not supposed to be alcohol. (I'm tagging it as #alcohol. Don't come for me, Elex.)

Picked this suit first mainly because it's a male suit and I liked some of the pieces better (like the window) than the girl suit however I will get the other one if possible.
