Military AU where Chris is the Master Sergeant whose amazing strategies are leading their side to victory, and so Tom is sent by the losing side as an spy to inform and kill him; Chris discovers that later, but he’s already warmed up to Tom... love is like a war, but he’s not sure he can win both.

Imagine Tom as an unhappy prince in the middle ages, having to behave like the perfect prince and heir, a kind gentleman to the ladies and fierce at war, when all he wants to do it’s let go and be himself for once. Word comes to the King that there’s a dragon destroying villages nearby, and so he decides to send Tom after the beast; but the dragon proves to be no more than a man named Chris who was cursed when he was young, human during the day and a dragon during the night. Tom just so happens to find him when it’s still day time and they have a long chat, in which they decide to feign Tom’s death and live together.

Tom is an artist who just opened a shop filled with crafts and paintings he had done, and is doing quite well. Then one day this handsome blonde named Chris walks in his shop and ask him if he would paint a wall in his house. Tom accepts. Chris is always changing his mind and making Tom repaint the whole thing once it's almost done, but he has to admit he too doesn't want to end the casual conversation and free food Chris gives him.

Tom was always a bit different. When Chris met him he could tell right away that he was hiding something, but that didn’t stop him from falling in love with him; as it turns out, Tom is a trans* boy. Chris couldn’t care less, but he can’t say the same for his family.

Chris spent half of his life at the beach so he knows quite a bit about the sea and the suff that lives in it, or so he thought until he finds Tom. Tom, who is a normal guy except for the half-fish thing, and Chris is definitely not thinking the word mermaid, but how else can you decribe someone who even has gills around his neck? he isn’t even sure about the ‘he’ part... all he knows is that Tom likes to hang out on the same rocky side of the beach and smiles when he sees Chris approaching for his daily surfing. Chris considers him his especial pet.

Tom is a newly formed graphic designer, and finds a nice job designing a logo for a toothpaste company; is not what he dreamed of, but is a nice start. What he doesn’t expect is to find that the company is a cover for one of the largest mafia business and his new hot boss, Chris Hemsworth, makes it very clear that he is not to breathe a word, or leave the company, ever. And he still has to design a logo.

Tom is part of the drama club at high school while Chris is the captain of the swimming team. When both of them are asignated as partners in a long project they are suspicious and wary, sure that won’t like each other that much; time proves them wrong as they spend more together due to the project, and they discover sides of each other they never knew.
