The sheet mask contains 25 grams (0.88 oz) and has a very notable coffee/americano scent.

The sheet mask is a very soft material that retains the essence very well. The essence is a coffee color so the mask can get pretty dark. I had to widen the eye holes a bit and the nose and mouth holes fit comfortably.

Recommended use is to cleanse the face and then evenly apply the mask across the face. After 20-30 minutes, remove the mask and then lightly tap the remaining essence into your face to help absorption. After using, so first off, I love americanos, they are my favorite coffee so I really wanted to smell this. It does smell like an americano to me but it does have a general coffee scent which if you don't like fragrance, it'll be a problem. The mask has lots of essence and the mask itself is pretty comfortable, albeit I needed to widen the eye holes but it did feel like it would slip a little bit. I found that the mask really brightened and toned the skin as well as hydrating it. The effects were long-lasting and it really took care of my excess redness. The ingredients are really nice. I'd recommend this to anyone with dull skin as well as to people with dehydrated and tired skin.

What I like: this mask smells lovely as it smells like an americano. The ingredients are really nice and it does a good job of brightening and revitalizing the skin as well as hydrating the skin. The mask itself is comfortable and very soft and the effects of the brightening are long-lasting. What I don't like: I really like the coffee scent but some people may not.

Review: HIDDENCOS LATTE MASK

What it says on the package: “Revital Amplue Mask”, “Real Orignal Coffee” [sic].

The second and slightly cheaper one of Hiddencos’s gimmicky coffee-themed masks. The essence is clear, not-too-runny, light brown, and most of it is held in the mask sheet (not much of the 25 g left over in package at all). The mask sheet is soft, quite thin and pliable, the cut is ok and the size is pretty generous. I can’t smooth it over completely, but the colour blends in well with skin, might be invisible on someone less pale. Looking at the ingredients, this looks lighter in comparison to the other one, with fewer oils listed, instead there are hydrating ingredients like aloe, allantoin, betaine, sodium hyaluronate, and some botanical extracts (green tea, coffee, etc.). People with sensitivities and seaweed allergies should note there’s carrageenan in this one.  

As you’d expect from a cute concept mask, this too is heavily fragranced, smells like sweet coffee, but I find the smell a bit less cloying than the Latte version, it feels refreshing instead of giving me sugar cravings. The fit is good, it lasts well over 30 min, isn’t too sticky, and using it is a cheery, pleasant experience.

What it says on the package: “Revital Amplue Mask. Real Orignal Coffee” (sic) about concludes the English part of it. On the company homepage they claim to be about new, innovative ingredients and concepts, but the site also kind of looks like a placeholder, and the shop part of it only has 2 masks at this point, the latte one, and the americano one (bought both, haven’t tried the other yet). Idk if they’re planning to launch more stuff.

Won’t deny I bought this purely because of the concept. The package looks like a paper cup with a lid! And besides being cute, they’re pretty cheap at RoseRoseShop, both options near 1 $ per mask. Didn’t even know the ingredients, but they were printed in English on the package, thankfully. Mostly standard stuff, except for the coffee bean extract and caffeine, and caramel, which is hopefully just there for colouring purposes.

The first thing to note is the smell, which lives up to what you’d expect from a package like this: it’s a straightforward, sweet, sugary coffee smell, very edible. I don’t drink coffee on a regular basis since I was 19, have lost the caffeine tolerance and now it messes with my blood pressure too much, but I am partial to the occasional cappuccino or a coffee-flavoured dessert, and this smells and feels like I’ve face-planted into a vat of deathly sweet, strong coffee pudding. Huuuungry feels. 

The essence is slightly cloudy, quite thick and the colour of coffee with cream; the package is 25 ml, but the mask does a good job absorbing it, very little left over. The mask sheet is quite nice: good cut, not too small, not too large; soft, easy to smooth over and clings well. Suggested use is 20-30 minutes and it lasts for 30+ easily. The dry-down is surprisingly non-sticky, considering.

I was kind of expecting it to be gimmicky rubbish, but have to say it’s not unpleasant, even with the persistent fragrance. Immediate effect after removing looks good, hydrated, even and calm, richly moisturized. Curious to see what’s there in the morning.
