i mean honestly izuru bringing back everyone isn't a plot hole and makes sense because they already built izuru up as being frickin god. at this point if izuru single-handedly rebuilt the world and humanity it'd still pretty much be in his character
That’s true, but this is also part of the reason I find his character uninteresting and unsatisfying - he doesn’t really have much of one, and basically exists as a plot device for Hinata’s arc (in DR2, where this is a good thing) and DR3′s deus ex machina cop-out ending. Honestly I have no idea why he’s so popular as a character in his own right. He’s just... there, really. Not much else to him (although DR3 did try with the whole creating AI Nanami thing I suppose, but that was a huge retcon so not a great example lol).
