We are thrilled to have begun worldwide shipping last week. The Hammerhead One is now on its way to our customers and backers! This marks the culmination of our entire community’s support, engagement and encouragement over many months. With more than two years of hard work, we saw development of 36 prototypes, and thousands of hours devoted to building software for an awesome and unique user experience. 

We are shipping to more than 4000 customers in over 55 countries and while we are rapidly sending units out, it may take several few weeks before they all arrive, but we are working around the clock to get these Hammerheads out! We are partnering with a Hong Kong based fulfillment House called DM Logistics. They have been a pleasure to work with and extremely helpful as we navigate this first big shipment. 

Thank you for sharing our vision over this period and making the Hammerhead One a reality! We look forward to capturing the summer riding season and could not be more thrilled to enter the next phase of our company’s life!

It took about 200 hundred years to evolve from two connected wheels to the complex machine that is today's bicycle. This video is the basis of our inspiration to show you how the Hammerhead One has evolved since the idea in 2013.

It's important to take some time to reflect on the tireless effort in the last 18 months. This is in the spirit of "Throw Back Thursday" but more importantly as the day approaches your Hammerhead One will guide you though your rides this summer.

While it's impossible to quantify the effort, you will have a visual sense of how much work has gone into creating an awesome product by looking at The Wall of Progress in our New York Head Office.

The wall is one of the most prominent features of the Office, serving as a reminder of the journey we're on brining our idea to fruition. From a idea to an incredible device being shipped around the globe as we speak.  Having a look at the very first Hammerhead Prototype, one notes vast progress compared to the hammerhead we used in our crowd funding campaign. Again compare the crowd funded Hammerhead to The Hammerhead One that’s about to arrive at your door.
