Y/N lets his words settle in her chest like a vow.
âI know you really mean it,â as her thumb brushes the corner of his mouth. âYouâd burn the world for us.â
And then she kisses him. This time, itâs not soft.
Itâs slow, yes, but not shy. It deepens fast - her fingers tightening in his hair, his mouth opening to hers like heâs been waiting for it all morning. Maybe his whole life. Her lips part around a soft exhale as his arms tighten around her waist, pulling her impossibly closer until sheâs pressed to every line of him.
The room feels warmer now, the open air from the garden doing little to cool the heat building between them.
Y/N shifts in his lap slightly, just enough to feel the way his breath hitches against her mouth.
âWill you spend the day with me?â she asks, breath ghosting over his lips. Her fingers trail along the collar of his robe. âOr should I save it for after royal duties?â
But before he can answer, she brushes her mouth along the line of his jaw, just a tease of warmth, her lips grazing his skin. Then lower, to the pulse point just beneath his ear, where she feels him tense under her.
She pulls back just enough to look at him, teasing. Her thumb strokes beneath his jaw, lazy and affectionate. âThis morning turned out different than I expected,â she says, voice low, like a shared secret. âBut I donât mind.â
His breath stutters when you kiss along his jaw, his hands gripping your waist tighter like heâs afraid youâll disappear.
His eyes are darker now, half-lidded, so full of you it almost hurts.
âDonât tempt me, my queen,â Jungkook rasps, voice low and frayed at the edges. His forehead rests against yours, his thumb sweeping slow circles over your hip.
âYou know Iâll cancel the whole court if you ask.â
You feel his lips brush yours again, soft but desperate, like he canât stop tasting you.
âI donât care about duties. About meetings. About any of it.â His voice is heavier now, thick with want and devotion.
âAll I care about⌠is you. Our son. This life weâre building.â
He kisses you again, slower this time, savoring it, like trying to memorize the exact way you taste.
âLet them wait,â he murmurs against your mouth. âLet the whole world wait.â
His hand trails up your spine, cradling you closer. His other hand never leaves your waist, possessive and tender at once.
âIâm yours, today and every day.â His nose brushes yours, and he smiles, that rare smile he only shows you.
âCommand me, and Iâll follow.â
His voice drops even lower, into something only meant for you.
âI want to spend the day making you smile. Hearing you laugh. Watching you hold our son.â
He kisses you again, lazy and deep, like he has all the time in the world.
âIâll spend forever right here if you let me.â
