Diagnosis: Zonitoides sp. Common name: Gloss Snails Notes: Tentative, given that there are many similar-looking species in the area. I'm torn between this being Z. arboreus or Z. nitidus. The latter has a distinctive orange-yellow spot below the shell that's located just before the lip, which is sometimes difficult to see in photos but I thiiiink I can see it here...?

I used to live on Oahu and always saw these guys on late night smoke/strolls; my camera roll has a ton of stoned snail photography from those days but idk if it’s even native or just another invasive species on the island

Diagnosis: Vallonia pulchella Common name: Lovely Vallonia Notes: I strongly suspect it's this species as opposed to V. costata, since the latter has distinctive 'ribs' on its shell.

None that I am aware of... but there's one that certainly looks the part under UV!
