 That is, a four-way crossover between Hetalia, Dangan Ronpa, Off, and Homestuck.
Seriously, it could work.
Dangan Ronpa, Off, and Homestuck are all post-apocalyptic in some way at some point.
The Hetalia aspect could come in as the rest of the world trying to rebuild itself after the Apocalypse.
Like..... Think of it this way: In an AU which is actually the Hetaliaverse, a huge, major disaster happens, that shatters society as we know it (I'll go with "Worst, Most Despair-Enducing Incident In The History Of Mankind occurs, and meteors come along and make things worse")
The Homestuck aspect has the kids and human!Trolls as average people who just got stuck in the mess and are trying to survive.
The OFF aspect has The Batter as a guy who wanders around, trying to "purify" things (IE beat the crap out of anyone who causes trouble). Zacharie could be a traveling merchant that the Batter keeps meeting.
The Dangan Ronpa Aspect is pretty much the same as canon: The students originally went into the school willingly to try to ride out the storm, but then Monobear and the Mastermind highjack things, causing the events of the game. The AU would take place after the events of the game, and would show the survivors making it out, trying to find some other safe abode, and eventually joining the Future Foundation to try to rebuild the world.
And the Hetalia aspect shows what the world's governments are doing while this is going on (Because we never see what the governments are doing in this type of thing): We see the nation-tans personify the actual countries' attempts to rebuild after the apocalypse, and overall we see the governments' attempts to recover when society as we know it has shattered.

...... Of course in reality I'm suggesting this because I think the Hetalians are a little upset that their friends the Homestucks are drifting away.
But still, it could be awesome.
